Shield Android TV: There’s a lot packed in to the version 3.2 update. The headline feature is support for Plex Server, which means you can stream any of your personal media to the set-top box. There’s also support for HDR (high dynamic range) Netflix, Vudu 4K videos, and several other under-the-hood improvements. The update is available now.

HTC is also rumored to be working on two Nexus phones, so all that close collaboration with Google must be paying off.
